Rylee's Big Day!

Today was our niece Rylee's baptismal day. I can't believe she is 8 years old. She was so excited for her big day. Something that most of the church stakes do here is that all the kids that turn 8 in the last month get baptized on one day, so Rylee got baptized with 6 other boys and girls. I guess when there are a lot of kids this is the way it has to be done or every weekend would be a baptism. As you can see from the pictures Avery absolutely adores her cousin Rylee and loves it when Rylee carries her around. We are so proud of you Rylee and making the right decision.
So I had my first big "fall" since being in Utah. We were walking in to the church and of course I bust it right there on ice! I do have to brag though that I had Avery in my arms and I didn't drop her! I was proud of myself. Wearing heals here in Utah during winter isn't such a good idea for an 8 1/2 month pregnant woman carry her child! At least I didn't fall on my stomach or on my head.

i am so jealous you get to go to stuff like that! They do that in our stake too- one baptism for everyone that turned 8 in that month. Not like Texas! I'm sorry, but I had to laugh when you talked about falling. Remember in Texas when we were leaving the river a few months ago, we were walking up the hill to the cars and you fell? You were pregnant then too. Fun times.
