Enough is Enough!

What is this world coming to? I could talk about the recent elections and current world events. But NO, I have more serious matters to discuss. I know that the economy is getting rough and many are worried how long is it going to last and how bad will it affect us. I thought so far that things would be ok and that things would start looking up. I passed a gas station today and gas was $2.05! Hallelujah!

I thought that was a sign of good things to come, until I heard horrifying, devastating, and tragic news! After 92 years in business, Mother's Cookies shut their doors and filed bankruptcy! I am telling ya, what now? Close down all the Linens N Things and Circuit City's you want, but not my Circus Animal Cookies! I have had a love-hate relationship with those yummy cookies. I love to eat them and I hate what they do to my thighs. Can't the federal government give the 40 billion dollars EXTRA that they are giving to AIG to Mother's and help them out. What about this so called spreading the wealth? Now I am really worried about the future for our children! My kids will never get to experience the best ever made cookies. I might just have to go to Target tomorrow and buy out all the rest of their supply. Hey, the church teaches us to get our food storage in order. I am just doing my part!
