Bon Appetit!

Another recipe for those looking to change things up a bit! I loved this recipe and it will be made often in this house. It was a thumbs up from all four family members. Gotta love a recipe that all members of the family can eat and enjoy!

I love my crock pot for those days I am just too busy or just don't feel like cooking. Don't be afraid of your crock pot, it makes life so much easier!

This recipe is cheap, easy and so yummy. Hope you all try it...Let me know what you think!!

SUNDAY CHICKEN

3-4 frozen chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 packet Italian dressing seasoning (found by the Ranch seasoning/dip packets)
1 cup sour cream OR 8 oz block of cream cheese

Spray crock pot w/ cooking spray and place frozen chicken breasts on bottom of crock pot. Mix together soup and seasoning packet and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. ONE hour before serving, stir in sour cream or cream cheese. (I do a little bit of both, best of both worlds). Chicken will fall apart with stirring.

Serve over rice or egg noodles! (brown rice is yummy)

I love the recipes!! Keep them coming! I did like the honey lime chicken. I made to much chicken and used the leftover for soft tacos.I thought it was better by itself than in the enchiladas. Too many flavors mixing together, but I am making the chicken part this week!
