Really, Brian, really?
Delaney seems to fall asleep quite often in her high chair. It is fine with me, just as long as she gets a nap! Ha!
She had her 1 year check up (almost 2 months late) yesterday. We think she might have some food allergies and plan on taking her to an allergist to get some allergy testing done. But besides that, she is perfect. She is sleeping through the night, doing great with her sippy cup, and pratically running around me in circles! She is still nursing two-three times a day, but we are working on cuting that out completely.
Her stats: 31.5 inches long and 21.9 lbs! She is a tall girl.
Avery was sitting by me the other day and we were reading "Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom!" and she said, "You my best friend.". I questioned her (to make sure I heard her right) who was her best friend and she says, "Mommy! You my best friend. I'm your baby."!
She sure does know how to melt my heart and forget about all the grief she gives me! Last night I came home from taking Delaney to her well check and Avery met me at the door in her undies. She had colored with a bright pink sharpie marker all over herself. When I questioned Brian how she got a hold of the Sharpie, Brian said that he let her color (in a matter of fact tone, like I didn't get it). Really, Brian, a PERMANENT marker. Couldn't you of given her a crayon??

I CANNOT believe that Delaney is already one! Time goes sooo fast.. hope you guys are doing well!
it's more fun to color with permanent marker... more damage that way.
How is it that Sophie only weighs a pound less than Delaney and they are almost 5 months apart??? Hmmm.... :)
That is really funny. That is something that a dad would totally do.
Happy B-day Delaney!
That is funny about Avery saying "you my best friend". Shelby said the exact thing to me 2 days ago. Cute stuff.
Marker does help prepare kids for when they get real tattoos much better than any crayon would.
